TANSIL presents silicone rubber materials and associated processing products for manufacturers, engineers and purchasing teams. Our website is organized around the information a buyer needs at the start of a sourcing project: material family, grade, processing route, technical properties and documentation.
Every manufacturing project has its own requirements. Rather than treating all silicone grades as interchangeable, we encourage buyers to specify the application and processing conditions before selecting a material.

HTV & HCR compounds
Solid silicone rubber grades for extrusion, compression molding and related manufacturing routes. Compare available grades using published technical information.
Liquid silicone rubber
Two-component LSR materials for production processes that require controlled mixing and curing. Check grade-specific viscosity, mixing and processing data.
Specialty materials
Application-driven silicone compounds, evaluated against the electrical, thermal, mechanical or other properties required by the project.
Processing auxiliaries

Our approach to material selection
A useful inquiry goes beyond a product name. Our material discussion begins with your end product, target specifications and planned manufacturing process.
01 — Define the application
Share the part design, operating conditions, expected contact materials and relevant compliance requirements.
02 — Review the material grade
Compare grades using the applicable TDS, processing notes and available documentation. Unpublished test values should be confirmed before use.
03 — Plan a practical evaluation
Discuss quantities, sampling requests and trial conditions, then verify results in your own manufacturing environment.
Technical information and responsible claims
Technical datasheets, material specifications and certificates must be checked against the exact product grade and document version. A property reported for one grade is not automatically valid for another. Application suitability, including any food-contact, medical or other regulated use, requires appropriate grade-specific verification.
