TY-3002 silicone anti-frost agent is specially used to prevent white precipitation on the surface of hot air vulcanized silicone products and improve the appearance of the product. This product is easy to disperse and has a low addition ratio. It is suitable for colored hot vulcanized silicone products. At the same time, TY-3002 can also improve the bonding effect of the product. This product can be used for food-grade products. It can also be used to reduce the general use of molded products. All raw materials are imported. The quality is stable and it is the best matching material for extruded silicone products such as wires and cables\seals. The product complies with ROHS.EN-71 standards and can be used for FDA/LFGB products.

Usage ratio: 0.2-0.3% (depending on the severity of frost)

Usage:

Add to the rubber compound and vulcanizer at the same time for mixing.

Packaging: 20kg/barrel

Storage temperature: Place in a cool and ventilated place or below 30℃

Storage time: One year without unpacking.

Precautions: Avoid high temperature, direct sunlight, fire, strong acidic substances, metal oxides, amines and combustible materials. Ventilation is recommended at room temperature (preferably below 25℃)
